Delicious. Best dish of the day. Took some time to grill the mushrooms but worth the wait. The mushrooms are fantastic, juicy, well seasoned and grilled. Compliments very well with the sushi rice, cucumber and nori. And the vegan mayo is special! Texture is thicker than usual and a little custard-y
