got this at the NY State Fair! the "cheese" was so realistic! had a very strong taste - more similar to goat's milk cheese. vegetables were nice and crisp and the tofu was well-cooked too, though the buffalo sauce wasn't very prominent. ranch dressing was really nice and creamy.
