Review of Cashew Nut at Plumeria Vegetarian Restaurant by lilypearmoon

Love this place! Its in a nice neighborhood (one of my favorites in SD) and has a sweet, homey atmosphere. This cashew nut dish was sooo satisfying. The combination of veggies with tofu and cashews in a slightly spicy sauce was perfect. And the cashews weren’t too soggy. It’s a bit of a disappointment that it’s not a fully vegan restaurant, but nothing on the menu contains meat. And most if not all dishes/ appetizers can be made vegan.
