Plant-Based Mince by Herbivoreleemargo's Review (Aug 25, 2021)

Looked like mince. Tasted like soy, but I dressed it up with a tomato based (bolognaise) sauce, and it was delish! With leftovers, I fried them in the pan in flat batches to get them crispy again, as it was a bit mushy from the fridge. The heat does the trick. Superb!
