Best experience ever. As an Italian, I couldn’t have cooked this scialatielli better.
Seaweed mix gives everything you might want to taste when eating fish (if you are looking for that kind of taste)
In terms of presentation, pistachios seem to be there to recall clams.
A very good dish, only a bit expensive, but worth it.
