Review of Yam Duck Rice 芋頭鴨飯 at SHU Vegetarian by shanna
All in all an enjoyable dish. I felt it tasted a lot like a repackaged version of their Kway Zup 粿汁 (can't spell dialect for nuts... hopefully you know what I mean. I reviewed that before as well~) The only thing that's mystery to me is... where is my yam? Did it dissolve into the rice? Was looking forward to some soft creamy yam... 😑 putting that aside, the flavour is good, probably on a stronger dark soy sauce side.
