Review of Cauliflower 'Steak' at Afterglow By Anglow by applepancakes

essentially roasted cauliflower, toasted pumpkin seeds, topped with some chimichurri sauce and more herbs! sitting on a bed of sweet potato mash too:D yum yum the cauliflower was on the softer side but the charred bits were nice and crisp. I loved the candied pumpkin seeds, such a good texture change and gave it so much flavour as well. the mash was alright though nothing special. and they weren’t very generous with the chimichurri sauce which is both good and bad bc it was slightly a bit too salty for me but it was the main flavouring agent. overall not bad but I think I prefer their burgers:p
