Amaretto Sour

Astoria Bistro Botanique

This is without a doubt the best Amaretto sour I have ever had, possibly the best cocktail I’ve ever had. First of all it is absolutely gorgeous. And they used aquafaba for the foam on top which came out so delicious. Still thinking about this drink.
