Estiva and Scapece at La Pastorella — chiarahakuna's Review (Aug 8, 2021)

This pizzeria was a discovery of my mother (omnivorous, but intolerant to various things). Yesterday we tried two vegan pizzas, well yes! In the menu of this historic pizzeria in Brescia there are also options designed and composed vegan with Gondino or there is also rice mozzarella. I didn’t particularly like the Estivas one, for me too savory and too intense flavor (basil pesto, salad, cherry tomatoes, tofu with olives and Gondino). While the Scapece... People, amazing! Zucchini pesto, zucchini trifolate and zucchini julienne, Gondino. It is delicate and very well balanced. Very honest prices for the quality of the products (often at km0 and always in season): Estiva 10, while the Scapece 12
