Review of Hen of the Woods Bao Bun at Spicy Moon Vegan Szechuan by ilovegoats

Surreal... the battered and fried mushrooms were so tender and crispy, and the pickled ginger and cabbage provided some nice acidity to balance the flavors. @iheartgoats and I like to try new things whenever we go to this place, but I think we will have to get this every time! #mushrooms #veganbaobuns #bao
