🍄🍜 You know your dish is being served when the smell of truffle is getting stronger as the server walks closer to you. Hahah.
But seriously, I really enjoy having the aroma of truffle in every bite. Maybe it's just me!
The mushrooms are cooked well to maintain flavour and chewiness, and the minced soy acts as a friendly compliment. Ramen is chewy and helps to slurp up more flavour. I was a bit surprised at the fried lotus. It is good, but I feel this dish would do better with some charred nai bai 奶白 or something similar~ 😘
