VEGAN

Milo

“ew” - my girlfriend, 2021. I think it’s alright but it’s hardly Milo. It lacks the sweetness and chocolatey-ness you’d expect 😒 This is why plant-based diets have a bad rep in Malaysia. People can’t stop confusing plant-based for healthy so they come up with products that taste like toothpaste foam. #dobetter #ditchdairy #ditchthis #veganin2021

elej91 It's the sugar and fat. They cut it down quite a lot from the original recipe. So you are missing the body and mouthfeel, but they made no attempt to replace it in some other way. I saw that my original review seemed kinda favourable. But yeah, definitely agree, tastes pretty diluted to me.1 likeReply
dafnelately It turned out much of the body had emulsified into a glob of jelly at the bottom 😕 I had figured as much might have been the cause but no matter how hard I shook the carton it wouldn’t mix. Even so that globbery bottom was hardly tasty. I will give it another try though to be fair to it 😅Reply
elej91 Sounds like the cocoa powder didnt get resuspended. Try shaking the pack upside down again after opening? (it's easier with air already inside). Hold onto the lid so that you dont make a mess. *My real life job involves shaking packs, :pReply
