More gooey rather then stretchy like traditional mozzarella sticks, but just at satisfying nonetheless. Crispy coating just like I remember.

It comes with a choice of marinara and ranch sauce. But I recommend researching if vegan in advance. When I asked the server, she did say yes, that both were vegan, but seemed hesitant. But even if not, they have other sauces in their salad bar that are clearly labeled as vegan that would go great with these.
