Yes, this was a delivery and I cba to do any more than invert the little tub onto the plate I used for serving, hence the shape 😏 I later flattened the mound though, and threw in a bit of spinach on the side, see second shot.

This #macandcheese was almost RM32, almost sinful, and almost excellent. The sauce was light in flavour and inoffensive even to one who doesn't really like cheese 😉 I did think the taste of #truffle could have been more pronounced, but the #tempeh and #mushroom (#lionsmanemushroom and #oystermushroom) were both superb in texture and generous in portion 😋 With a dash of chilli flakes, I would get this again 🙂
