Review of Plant Based Pancake with Ginseng Syrup at Soil to Soul 土生花 by moosewong
This is so creative and delicious! I rarely see ginseng dishes except ginseng and chicken soup or in tea, and I've never seen it used in a dessert before. The ginseng flavor is prominent in the syrup and there are even ginseng slices on top! The pancakes are soft and fluffy and my parents couldn't tell they were vegan. Overall it was a tasty dessert that feels both fun and fancy.
