I've been Vegan for over 3 years and this is the first time I'm having a Veggie Omelet! Why have I not discovered this before?! Sooo delicious!!! It consisted of Just Egg, portobello mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers, spinach, pico de gallo and Vegan cheddar, along with home fries. Lucky's Taproom, thank you for this aHHmazing Omelet! It was so hearty, rich-tasting, savory, and super cheezy! 🤗
