I’d heard a lot of good things about this product so was really surprised when I opened the pack and the pieces looked almost like lumps of white vegan cheese rather than fake meat. Luckily, after a quick fry and cooking in a homemade vegan korma, these were excellent! The texture isn’t perfect, but tasted really good in a sauce. Would definitely get again!
