Review of Baklava at Kind Kones Paragon by applepancakes

this was interesting! coconut milk base had quite a subtle coconut flavour, and tbh my friend and I agreed it reminded us of kueh lapis (the cake one) HAHAH had this cinnamon taste and the baklava parts weren’t crispy anymore which was sad, so little texture change. thought it could have added some salty component for another flavour oomph! loved the pistachios in it too but not enough:(
