$7.90 for one premium scoop + $1 for cone (increased from $0.60:( )
this was interesting!

coconut milk base had quite a subtle coconut flavour, and tbh my friend and I agreed it reminded us of kueh lapis (the cake one) HAHAH had this cinnamon taste and the baklava parts werenā€™t crispy anymore which was sad, so little texture change. thought it could have added some salty component for another flavour oomph! loved the pistachios in it too but not enough:(

A unique flavour profile in this innovative new offering - there's a wonderful variety of

textures and mouthfeel. Smooth icecream punctuated by chunks of crunchy pistachios, walnuts and bits of filo pastry. I enjoyed it - not quite enough to be tempted to buy a whole pint of it, but it's great as a dessert.

šŸ¦I think I was bombarded by too many Kind Kone social buzz. So it drove

me to go to Kind Kones to get a scoop. I asked which was less sweet between Blue Planet and Baklava, surprisingly it was the latter. I see why after eating it. Its sweetened with maple syrup rather than sugar. So the sweetness is more fragrant and subtle. Appreciate the lady at Paragon highlighting this flavour has gluten, when I ordered GF cone! The scoop came with a good amount of pistachios, and filo flakes. True baklava spirit. Still could be less sweet though! šŸ˜˜šŸ˜¬

Honestly I wasnā€™t a fan of this :( did not find that the ice-cream base

had a distinct taste, nor did it have enough filo pastry mix-ins, pistachiosā€¦ maybe Iā€™ve had too many great baklavas and I should steer clear of this as a flavour šŸ„“

Bits of baklava in the ice cream, not too sweet and creaminess is just right.
