Pad Thai at Gin Khao Bistro Sentosa Cove — Vikas Garg's Review (Jun 18, 2021)

Damn this was probably some of the best #padthai that I’ve had in a long time! There were heaps of perfectly cooked veggies and noodles.

I feel like sometimes the best way to describe a dish is all the things it didn’t have too much of... just the perfect amount of salt, sauce and the noodle to veggie ratio was just right! And probably one of the most important things with Thai food for me is textures. It’s amazing how everything comes together, crunchy bits and chewy bits and all!
