Review of Vegan Jambalaya at The Howe Daily Kitchen & Bar by gretchens

This was the first time I'd seen vegan jambalaya on a menu so I was excited to try it. It comes with coconut rice, sauce, tofu, Beyond sausage, okra, and onions. The flavor is fantastic although the dish was a bit heavy on the rice.
