This consisted of crisp cucumber, Mundus Foods cream cheese, flavorful marinated mushrooms, spring mix, Mama Lil’s pickled peppers for a nice spicy kick, pickled red onion, salt, and pepper, plus smoky and authentic tasting but 🐷-free Mistaken For Bacon®. This produce forward sub is fresh, tasty, and a very satisfying way to eat your veggies. #saveveganrestaurants
