Ideally, this deserves on a bagel🥯 But it’s hard to find a “good enough” vegan and gluten-free bagel😢 (reason explained in the previous post), esp to satisfy a New Yorker. Sure, I’m not a bagel fanatic. But still, there’s standard🤷🏻‍♀️😜
So it goes on the sourdough baguette🥖, and goes pretty well. It’s creamy and a bit tangy, complimenting the slight acidity of the bread. I’m not sure if it’s fishy enough to be called lox—even though there’s #seaweed in it—it’s still tasty, thus fine with me.
