I was surprised how easy it was to find vegan puff pastry, considering its main ingredient is usually butter. Still, as butter is too expensive, brands choose cheaper products to make it. Its not healthy, so I wouldn't get it often, but it's nice to know its accessible 👌 I made these puff pastry twists with cream cheese and pesto - they are super delicious and addictive 😍 #veganin2021 #abillionturns3 #vegansnacks #veganinbulgaria
