These unusually large blackberries are also from "Driscoll's"...
This is the same brand where @aqualing and @abi88 bought their huge super-strawberries !
I wonder what they are doing at "Driscoll's" that they can grow such unusually large berries... 🤔 Maybe they have a secret spring of mystical water, with which they water the plants... 🤔 or they say anything special to the plants to let the berries grow larger... 🤔🔮 ? 😉😆

abi88 Seems that this company has a good selection system — because “berries” have a huge economic interest, companies from around the world have been doing good research in the finding of the best varieties- this one is a good example how research-science-agriculture have put together all efforts in order to give us -huge berries plus they are super sweet - that is an extra 🤤7 likesReply

abi88 Driscoll’s is a company with more than 100 years of experience. They are located over the world. Selecting precisely “good” places to grow and improve their berries. What I know is that besides the good soil-water-weather conditions. They have great greenhouse with all controlled plus the selection of their products — taking this in consideration you will get good product all over the year — in the past we had only these type of product three months by year - now we can enjoy them all year long Characters as flavor, size, color ... are selected by humans (through the knowledge of genes 🧬) no modifications are made but selected. 6 likesReply
