Ngoh hiang at The Clef Cafe — pomwei's Review (May 26, 2021)

The ngoh hiang was affordably priced at 5 for $4.80, but it’s cheaper purchased with a congee (and other sets) set meal. It was well deep-fried, fragrant and moist inside.

Classic crisp on the outside, the ngoh hiang is a good choice of sides / finger food to end off a meal!
