Fabulous - Tuscan Tofu at Hungry's — VeggieAssassin's Review (May 26, 2021)

Another tasteful dish from Hungry's Cafe 😋

This dish offers a nice firm textured tofu with a tomato, apricot, and walnut coconut cream sauce served over lentil brown rice, green beans, and pita bread 🫓

This combo is delicious and I truly enjoyed the mild flavored coconut cream sauce. It's not overwhelming and has a nice thickness to it 👌🏼
