I was craving a childhood favorite one day (Dinty Moore Beef Stew that comes in a can) so I did my very best to replicate it! It came out nearly exactly the way I remember it thanks to Gardein Beefless Tips. Really amazing product!! #abillionturns3

groovyfatvegan I sautéed onion, celery, and carrots to start. Then added potatoes, water, and a Not-Beef bouillon cube. Brought it up to a boil and then turned down the heat to simmer covered for a bit. I cooked the beefless tips in a separate skillet and let them hang out till the end and added them to the pot of soup. I used a cornstarch slurry to thicken the soup to make it more stew-like. Shut off the heat and let it sit for a bit to thicken up more. Always tasting as I went and adjusted seasonings along the way. 1 likeReply
