One of my faves by #gardein 🌱 ...I wasn’t always vegan. One of my favorite
things my dad used to make was steak and potatoes and vegetables. I didn’t miss it becoming vegan, but i did miss the memories of my dad... so this is a wonderful alternative that let’s me keep the memories of all of us together at dinner. They’re very juicy and extra tender. Goes great with A1 sauce~ 🕊 i just wish he were still around to see this. #ditchmeat #family

These are good and definitely a nice change of pace after all the chick’n. They
cooked really fast in a pan and got crispy on the outside & tender on the inside. The inside is pretty smooth and the texture definitely isn’t like steak, but the flavor is nice. I like that you get a lot per bag and only need 5-6 pieces per meal. Price: $5 at Whole Foods.

I was craving a childhood favorite one day (Dinty Moore Beef Stew that comes in
