Review of Chipotle Chik’n - Sweet Earth by annegrace

My partner is the one who consumes more of the Sweet Earth foods just because they are so convenient for his lunches (and I prefer not to eat a ton of wheat gluten, though I will occasionally.)

They are tasty! And easy, and not too expensive and more accessible than some other brands (as he has found them from stores like Target and Walmart.)
Just wish ALL Sweet Earth products were vegan-friendly.

We’ve also tried the “benevolent bacon” and many of their other plant-based meats.

I simply heated this in a saucepan (with a bit of water), tossed in a tiny bit of Daiya cheddar shreds and then spooned the chik’n onto a tortilla, adding sliced avocado, baby spinach and a couple dollops of Forager’s sour cream. My partner said it was delicious!
