Another great creation from Willowbeez Soul Veg. This sandwich is stuffed with breaded oyster mushrooms, baby arugula, Roma tomatoes on a big breaded toasted hoagie roll. It's also drizzled with their house made Remoulade. They did forget the sauce on ours, but it was still yummy. It also comes with a large portion of seasoned cajun fries. This is another very large serving for only $12 and also fresh, high quality ingredients. The owner, Carnell is so passionate and loves what he does and it always shows.
