Another great creation from Willowbeez Soul Veg. This sandwich is stuffed with breaded oyster mushrooms,
baby arugula, Roma tomatoes on a big breaded toasted hoagie roll. It's also drizzled with their house made Remoulade. They did forget the sauce on ours, but it was still yummy. It also comes with a large portion of seasoned cajun fries. This is another very large serving for only $12 and also fresh, high quality ingredients. The owner, Carnell is so passionate and loves what he does and it always shows. He always tells us how love makes his food taste better and I'd have to agree. #veganin2021 #ditchdairy #abillionlove
