Happy Bowl at Happy Cactus El Cotillo - Bio Shop & Veg Food — Daniel's Review (May 9, 2021)

This dish was simply divine! The garbanzos were tender and the spices used were sublime. The side of spinach and potatoes provided a savory compliment to the stew, and the basamati rice cooked to perfection!

I wholeheartedly recommend visiting if you are ever in the area. The ingredients are so fresh, the service super friendly. The menu changes daily based on the available locally sourced ingredients. #abillionturns3 #kimberleepower #refugiotheanimalacademy
