Beyond Reuben Burger by New Public Food Truck — veganintheham's Review (May 3, 2021)

I realize all you can see is sauerkraut and sauce...but there’s a delicious Beyond burger under there, too. Along with Lord of the Fries style fries. There’s a tempeh Reuben on the menu too if you want something closer to the original, but we were going for gut busting after not having a good vegan burger in too long.
