I adore this food truck and their amazing, burgers. This is a 1/4 lb beyond burger patty with Violife cheddar. I added fresh jalapeño. On the side is the Lord of the Fries...fries. And yeah, I finished it all.

I tested it against Milkadamia Nut brand and am really happy with how smooth it is. And love that it’s glass not plastic.

Tasted right on point for a classic po’boy. Breading was well seasoned and crunchy, oyster mushrooms still had that juicy texture. Coleslaw on the side was a perfect lighter side.

Terrible pic, delicious sandwich. Wilted greens, sautéed mushrooms, fried avocado, vegan cheese. If I could make this as a post bar munchie I would.

“Chicken” made with Hen of the Woods mushroom, battered nicely. On the spicy side and filling.

Really loved the thick sliced bread with roasted tomato. Kid approved, too.

I’m going back again tomorrow. It was that good. Spicy enough to want to have a cold drink with it but not burning your taste buds. Nice cool dressing and a warm toasted bun.

All in all, tasty. Milder than the buffalo cauliflower tacos. Maybe toss on some guacamole? Tortillas were perfect though!

Delicious. Didn’t look like enough when I picked up but 3 tacos later, totally satisfied.
