I love how fragrance the red curry is and how the ingredients like the Thai baby eggplants added to the texture. The spice in the red curry really bring out the best when you mix with their organic basmati rice. You must squeeze the lime into the curry which bring the taste to the next level.

It is pretty worth it and filling for a lunch deal together with their chia seeds vanilla coconut pudding 😉👍🏻
