Mom bought this Crispy Oats Granola because I’ve been so busy with college I haven’t had time to cook my homemade coconut granola 😪

This has 100% whole oats, it’s #palmoilfree and it’s rich in fibre (13,2g per 100g). Contains vitamin B1, phosphorus and iron.

Toasted oat flakes with pumpkin seeds, pecans & Brazil nuts.
INGREDIENTS:
Whole oat flakes 62%, glucose syrup, sugar, oligofructose, bran flakes (whole wheat flour, wheat bran, sugar, sugar syrup, barley malt, salt), barley flakes (barley, sugar, salt, barley malt, emulsifier), molasses, pumpkin seeds, Brazil nuts, Pecans, sunflower oil, flavouring preparations, antioxidant (tocopherol).

Sucks nutritionally, but tastes pretty good. Quite affordable, as well.

I prefer mine 100000000x, though. But that’s ‘cause homemade and plant-based is always better ❤️🌱

aqualing Not to be an alarmist, but many Quaker’s oatmeal products were tested to have glyphosate residues (General Mills and Kellogg’s too)☠️ I’m not sure if how things are now but it might worth taking another look👀 4 likesReply
david- In Europe there are much higher food safety standards compared to the US, so I’m guessing we should be fine over here 🖖🏻2 likesReply
aqualing I think it’s lower than both US and Europe’s official’s threshold, just wasn’t up to EWG’s standard. Something to consider but not necessarily a deal breaker😉1 likeReply
pbsofia This isn’t something we consume much, anyway. As I said, we always prefer to go with homemade & plant-based 🌱 Only very occasionally does my mom buy this sort of food, so I guess we’re pretty safe 🙏🏻 Thank you for all the important info! 1 likeReply
