Review of Special Udon at Tracy Juice Culture by applepancakes

$7.80! it’s good udon but maybe it’s not like super my thing? I did enjoy it though but it was too thick for me. felt like I was drinking super thick and “gao” mushroom soup with slightly sour and acidic udon noodles. idk if the pairing worked personally for me HAHHAHAHA the broth had a strong mushroomy flavour with a tinge of coriander ( >:( ) broccoli inside was nice and soft tho so I liked it! cherry tomatoes were a slightly weird addition to me. also had some chunks of soy mock meat which were alright. noodles al dente too hehe
