May I introduce to you: sunlight in a bottle! Basically. I take this daily during the dark months of the year when I just can’t seem to manage getting sufficient natural daylight to make me some sweet vitamin D! The combination of vitamin D3 and K2 is supposedly great because it does stuff but I’m no chemist so I really don’t know. This stuff works well for me, though.
