D3, but I wanna make sure I'm getting enough of it, so I take it in this form too. It has a pleasant citrus taste and the packaging is enough for 100 servings. I wanted to try liquid vitamin and I liked it. They say there is a

better absorption when it is liquid. It is a little bit pricier than some others vegan vitamins on the market but there is more servings in the Vivo Life.
Normally, I find vitamins that are for 30 days and here they are 100 servings for the D3 and 60 for B12. So I still think the price is correct.

•B12 : essential on a vegan diet because it is not found in plant foods (except if it has been added).
• D3 : recommended to take during the winter months

I bought this for the winter months to keep my D3 levels up as I

live in Ireland where there is basically no sun from October to March. Great supplement.

May I introduce to you: sunlight in a bottle! Basically. I take this daily during

the dark months of the year when I just can’t seem to manage getting sufficient natural daylight to make me some sweet vitamin D! The combination of vitamin D3 and K2 is supposedly great because it does stuff but I’m no chemist so I really don’t know. This stuff works well for me, though.
