Nafsika's Garden

This tastes like goat cheese for a crazy reason. Unfortunately I don’t like goat cheese. The salty flavour is good, but the texture is very solid and it crumbles in a chunky way like a harder mozzarella. Not really what I was expecting. Not terribly but not great. Has a pseudo dairy flavour. Maybe if you miss goat cheese then you’ll enjoy this?? Also seriously what is ‘vegan flavour’???

howaboutyes I just tried this one for the first time last night and it tastes exactly like goat cheese to me as well. I honestly thought I misread the label and bought a vegan goat cheese by accident but nope! I think they executed it very well though for a goat cheese! But I don’t think it passed as a feta. Not bad!Reply
