干嘛印度面却中式口味呢？😏😏 #mamak only in name. They use the wrong oil and the wrong type of #noodles, plus the sauce is too thin/there's too much of it. Cultural appropriation at its finest 😒
This also came in a single-use plastic container 😔, I brought it home for dinner and had the opportunity to replate. Reasonably good attempt to use #mockmeat and #soychunks to substitute non-vegan things though, and the taste can be quite pleasant if you forget what it's meant/trying to be 😏
Still counts for #malaysianeats I guess? 🤔

hahaha this dish certainly is somewhat confusing😅
I think hawker food is probably one of the best part of our local culture. Cheap and good food cooked by some 老师父 (old master) who has cooked the same dish for over 30 years. I feel like there's probably space for some sort of vegan kopitiam where you can have a whole bunch of hawkers under one roof.
