Tante Fanny Frischteige

Delicious vegan dough for quiches and tartes. After finally finding (enough) wild garlic at the store, I made @david-'s wild garlic quiche recipe (see third photo, and check out his profile for the recipe - thank you for it @david-) which turned out very well with this dough. It is perfect for lazy people like me who like to cook but save some time, in this case for making the dough yourself. If baked long enough, the dough becomes pleasantly browned and crispy and is very easy to use. Price 1,29 €.
