Review of Tofu Nature - Bjorg by fxk

This is quite different to the tofu i’m used to. It’s proper dense and quite dry. but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Substantial and goes a long long way. I especially like that it’s readily available.
Bjorg has mostly vegetarian products, with a few vegan options. Mostly their plant milks, but Look out for dairy etc in their food products. Hope they consider going full vegan.
