Haven't used this to cook.
I've only used this as a spread on my bagels and it spreads nicely & tastes delicious 🥯
It's packaged in a recyclable plastic container but at least they do not use palm oil to make this product.
Price is about average compared to other plant based butter alternatives 🌱🧈
