Oh My Yummm!!! All the old flavors are in here. So yummy and fresh. I'm over the moon with this dish. Wish I could make seitan taste like this lol. Highly, highly recommended. A must try. From the texture to flavor to freshness this is an A+ dish.

kajun23 Hmm I’ve only eaten them where you soak the dried pieces it in boiling water first and then you drain the water, and then you can put a sauce on them and stir fry. Not sure what is the weird taste you’re talking about? These pieces have a firmer texture than soy chunks. I haven’t bought soy curls to try before though1 likeReply
