The combination of salted caramel and savoury ingredients like lentils and cassava makes for an intriguing and not at all unpleasant flavour profile. The crunch is soft with a slightly aerated feel. There’s a nice little swirl of chocolate nestled within which isn’t overwhelmingly creamy. It didn’t really taste like churros though, only a little visual resemblance. Perhaps the cinnamon flavour would come closer. But overall, a satisfying biscuit.
