Review of Firm Tofu Organic - Green Guru by kim-e

Out of all the tofu from Green Guru the plain firm is my favourite.
It's not extra firm so you have a more chewy texture which I enjoy more than the solid chew on the extra firm tofus. It's also versatile in the ways that you can spice it and flavour it as you please.
Just wish there was a more eco friendly way to package tofu
