Very happy with the quality of this tofu. Also happy to see it is clearly

marked 'non GMO'.
Holds its shape well during cooking. I played around with different ideas. I am a growing fan of tofu especially for its abundance of nutrients and versatility.

Found this perfect size tofu block enough for 2( or maybe one).

Obviously need to make

it the way you like it! Use it for chocolate mousse, scramble tofu or fried tofu for ramen!

Best tofu for tofu scramble! Pop in the pan with some oil, salt, pepper and

turmeric. Mush together and voila! Breakfast of champions!

Out of all the tofu from Green Guru the plain firm is my favourite.
It's not

extra firm so you have a more chewy texture which I enjoy more than the solid chew on the extra firm tofus. It's also versatile in the ways that you can spice it and flavour it as you please.
Just wish there was a more eco friendly way to package tofu

Best brand of tofu BY FAR. Really firm, so it holds it shape well, but

it also versatile enough to be used in baking or in a scramble or creamy sauce. The only little letdown is the price.
