Best brand of tofu BY FAR. Really firm, so it holds it shape well, but it also versatile enough to be used in baking or in a scramble or creamy sauce. The only little letdown is the price.

Best tofu for tofu scramble! Pop in the pan with some oil, salt, pepper and turmeric. Mush together and voila! Breakfast of champions!
I really like this tofu. I like to make a tofu scramble, "mince" or "bacon" with it and it just tastes so good. However my favorite one is still the smoked flavour but I can't seem to find it in any of the shops near me.
