Raspberry Hazelnut Tart at Everyday Vegan Cafe — Kate's Review (Apr 4, 2021)

vanilla sponge with a creamy custard layer, topped with glazed raspberries ✨ the sponge itself was nice and airy, not too dry or crumbly like some other vegan cakes i've tried. loved the custard layer, it was a little bit like cheesecake! overall a very decent dessert. if you have a light palate you'd probably enjoy this. definitely on the pricier side though and no hazlenut taste at all. i'd prefer to spend my money on their quesadilla instead 😛
